Coral Hetherington

Coral Hetherington, Accounts Manager for Brematson & Associates

Prior to joining Brematson & Associates Coral had a varied and exciting working career including being a freelance writer/ producer, a television instructor at Red River College and an entrepreneur.

For fourteen years, she was the Media Specialist for the Development and Training Branch of the Management Committee of Cabinet for the Manitoba Government. While working for the province, she devloped numerous cutting edge media presentations, founded and chaired the interdepartmental Media Advisory group and wrote policy papers for premiers Sterling Lyon and Howard Pawley.

The daughter of local municipal politician, Walter Bannister, Coral learned at an early age the ins and outs of the political arena. Coupled with her years of experience as a civil servant, she has a wealth of experience dealing with the intricacies of government protocols.

Coral is the proud mom of two boys. Eric, is a graduate of the Digital Multimedia Technology course at Red River College. He is a freelance artist, designer and videographer. Sean, is currently attending the University of Manitoba, majoring in psychology. Coral recently published a children’s story Gus the Wrong-Way Goose, a best seller in the McNally Robinson kids department. The book was illustrated by  Eric, and inspired by Sean, his struggle with dyslexia and his ability to "find his own way".
